Fulfillment & Logistics
Because our artisan keycaps are highly specialized and curated collectibles, they are processed and dispatched directly from our global manufacturing partners. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as it immediately enters our automated fulfillment loop.

Delivery Timelines
- Standard Tracked Shipping: Please allow 8 to 15 business days for delivery to your setup.
- Processing Window: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before shipment.

Tracking Your Setup
As soon as your package flies out, our system will automatically email you a tracking number. You can track your keycap's journey directly from our website at any time. We are not responsible for minor regional customs check delays or local postal disruptions, but we guarantee your package will land safely.
